This’ll probably be the only post for the weekend, so here’s seven stories you should know about:

-Someone has posted an audio copy of Senator McCain’s tele-townhall.

-The Virginian Pilot has a great article up about teen interest in the upcoming election. Very interesting, as it was written by a Virginia Beach teenager

-The Charlottesville Daily Progress sat down with Dr. Larry Sabato to look at Virginia’s pivotal role in the upcoming election

-Interesting article here about the life of a poll worker. Thanks is always due to our hard working election officials for all the do to ensure the integrity of our vote.

-Real Clear Politics speculates that Jim Webb’s announcement that he won’t accept the veep slot dooms Obama’s campaign in Virginia

-The Daily Progress has word that the Obama campaign has set a goal of registering over 150k new voters in Virginia. In 2004, the Bush campaign had a massive registration effort and handily won the votes of first time voters.

-And finally, former Fox News anchor and White House Press secretary Tony Snow is dead. Fox News and CNN have stories. My personal condolences go out to the Snow family.
